Babu is an AI you hand a goal to. It thinks the job through, tells you what's missing, proposes a plan and a date — and waits for your go before it does anything. Then it does the work and shows you every step.
Early access is by invitation, in the order people join.

What a job looks like
Say "Book twelve meetings with fintech CFOs this quarter" and Babu doesn't start emailing people. It checks what it has, finds what it doesn't, proposes how to close the gap, gives you a date it can stand behind, and asks for your go.
Approve it, and the same page turns into the live view: what's done, what's running, what's slipped, and why. When something changes, Babu adjusts inside the limits you set and tells you. When something would change the scope, the cost, or who gets contacted, it stops and asks.
Estimated six weeks. Three similar programs averaged five and a half; one failed because the list wasn't verified, so verification is its own step here.
How it's different
| Chat assistants | Workflow builders | Autonomous agents | Babu | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Takes a goal, not a prompt | Answers, then forgets | You design the steps | Yes | Yes |
| Tells you what's missing before starting | — | — | Rarely | Always — gaps and how to close them |
| Commits to a date and shows its reasoning | — | — | — | Estimate, plus the past jobs it's based on |
| Waits for your go | n/a | Runs when triggered | Runs when asked | Nothing runs unapproved |
| Stays inside limits you set | — | Only what you wired | Varies | Contacts, spend, systems, and a hard stop on irreversible actions |
| Shows every action it took | — | Logs, if you look | Sometimes | A live page per job with a receipt for every step |
| Gets better with every job | — | — | — | Each job sharpens the next estimate and plan |
The loop
Why it gets better
A Babu that has done two hundred jobs is worth more than a new one. It estimates closer, spots the gap earlier, and remembers which step went wrong last time — and it will tell you so before you approve.
Show Babu a recorded meeting or a walkthrough of how you do something. It drafts the procedure, runs it once with you watching, and then owns it.
Every job is measured on how close the estimate was, how fast it ran, and what you had to send back. Babu can't grade its own work — you do, by what you approve and correct.
A lesson from last year, another market, or a job ten times the size doesn't count the same. Babu weighs its past accordingly instead of repeating it.
Good first jobs
"Book twelve meetings with fintech CFOs this quarter." "Get this account to a signed pilot." "Restart the signup campaign and find out why replies died."
"Prepare the board update for the 15th." "Onboard the new sales lead by Friday." "Get the deployment finished and the widget live on all five sites."
"Get the deck in front of twenty investors in this order." "Land partnership terms by month-end." Babu holds the sequence, tracks the replies, and stops before anything irreversible.
