Why slots instead of credits?
Jobs vary a lot in size. Credits make you guess. Slots let you run as many maps as you like and pay for the capacity you actually use, with costs shown on every map.
What if a job costs more than the estimate?
Babu works inside the cap you approved. If it would need more, it stops, explains why, and asks before going on.
What if Babu misses the date?
You'll know as soon as the ETA slips, with the reason. Babu re-plans, and on paid plans steps that slipped through our fault are credited.
Can Babu send from my email?
Yes. You connect your own accounts, and everything is sent as you, after your approval, with a receipt for each message.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your jobs, contacts and results stay in your workspace and can be exported any time. Learning from other customers is never applied without consent.
Can I cancel?
Plans are month to month. Running jobs finish or pause at your choice, and your record stays exportable.
